Thanks for visiting my blog. My name is Pam and I live in Sweet Home Alabama. I grew up an only child with wonderful hard-working parents. Therfore, I was spoiled beyond belief. There were times that I wanted to have a brother or sister but after a while I got over it. So lets fast-forward to why I started my money-saving journey.


Well, after finishing college and looking for a job three things happened.

• I bought a house
• I bought a new car
• The recession 
• Then I found out I was pregnant.

I worked in a bank for years, so I always considered myself to be great in terms of finances and budgeting. So now I was terrified when my budget would no longer balance. I was in the red (negative). My parents of course as always were there to support me, but I felt like at the age of 25 I need to be independent to some degree.


Having my little girl was the best gift that I could ever wish for, and I was determined to give her every advantage that I had growing up. So the only way I can afford the things I need and to make my budget balance is by searching for discounts, coupons, and giveaways.


Now I cannot image my life without coupons. I fringe when I see someone in the store paying full price. I hope that I can encourage you to save money too!
